Moganshan, Hangzhou

I'm planning on a trip to Moganshan in Hangzhou and would appreciate any travel tips and place to stay.

Moganshan is great for hiking etc. Be sure to check the map carefully for drive up. Bring sick bags if you have young travellers or those who might otherwise have sensitive travel stomachs. Once up there, you will have many chinese options for hotels and meals. For western food you can try moganshan lodge (I think moganshanlodge.com or maybe just moganshan.com) run by an Englishman and his wife. They are a little unreliable on opening and closing times, but otherwise you can get a lovely cup of coffee, dinner and advice regarding accomodation and activities around Moganshan.ps bring torch (flashlight) for getting around in the dark and be prepared for cold nights and cold showers.
