Site in China cannot be reached from HK (but from anywhere else)

Hi
I am based in Guangzhou, Mainland China and have setup a server with a domain clientvision.cn

Strangely this domain and IP can be reached from Mainland China, US, Germany,but not from Hong Kong.
I have two different users reporting from HK that they cannot access the site (Site not found), nor ping the domain.

Has anyone experienced such problem before? Is it something with the PCCW DNS?
