Apple airport extreme and Airport express problem
Posted by Armadillo (501 days ago)
Can anyone please help? Trying to set up wireless with netvigator using apple airport extreme. We have an applemac laptop and a PC laptop at home, and we cannot get the computers to recognise the wireless. We have also tried to use the airport express and that is also unrecognisable.
I would be willing to pay someone who could come over and set it up.
thank you

I can probably help you with this, but it's just as easy to get on the phone and talk you through it. If you don't mind waiting until Sat morning, drop me a PM with your phone number and I can talk you through the set up. We have a PC and Mac running on an Apple wireless network, and it works perfectly.
The problem is usually the ISP username and password in the wrong place, or the encryption not playing nicely with the PC. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to set up. PM me with ph number and I can get you Sat morning if you want.

Hi Armadillo,
wonder if you managed to get the issue resolved? I am unfortunately bugged with the same problem since a few days ago, and am trying to get it fixed. Would you care to share how you got yours up if it's been working well? Thank you...
