This is my favorite-- i have no exact measurement sorry
SPINACH DIP
fresh young spinach leaves, blanched then drained
low-fat cream cheese, softened
low-fat plain/natural yoghurt
garlic, minced
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese, grated
Using a hand-held food processor, mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese until well-combined.
Transfer to a heat-proof ramekin, top with parmesan cheese and broil only until cheese on top browns a bit
