Thai Fruit Shakes

Hello, I would like to know how to make the Thai fruitshakes. They always make a very delicious watermelon and mango shakes. Can you please share with me your recipe. Thanks.

This is what I usually do:

6 ice cubes
2 oz of milk
Whatever type of fruit you are going to use.

If your using yummy ripe fruit you should not need it, but in some case I might add a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar if the fruit is not sweet.

Blend away and enjoy.

You can also use yoghurt instead of milk. Use a blender and buzz it up. Honey is nice instead of sugar. Soya milk works too.

Condensed milk is one of the success ingredient. It replces sugar and makes the shake foaming.
