Child Safety Seat for Adult Bike

Does anyone have a clue where I can find a good SAFE child safety seat for an adult bike? One with a childproof safety buckle and high back? And leg guards so her little legs don't ever get caught in the spokes? I am in Panyu with easy access to Guangzhou. I hope someone has seen them.

you should be able to find one at Decathlon. I know guangzhou has a decathlon, but no so sure exactly where it is.
The decathlon in Shenzhen has them for sure. they have the ones that go behind and not infront. Several of our friends who have children of over 2years have them, and they are safe and sturdy.

Our baby is now 13months and we wanted to take him out already a few months back (hubby is a bicycle nut) so we ordered ours online from the states http://www.ibertinc.com/. The other advantage of this one is that baby is in front of you, not behind.
