Wisdom teeth extraction

Looking for a referral for an oral surgeon for four wisdom teeth to be extracted.
Would appreciate hearing from anybody who has had this treatment done in HK and any recommendations for particular practioners.

Do a search, there was a thread about this a while back. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted at the same time by an oral surgeon called Dr Daniel K L Yip in Central. He was expensive and arrogant but very good. I had minimal swelling the next day (not even my mom could tell the difference), had no problems talking the next day but had to be careful while eating. If you can put up with his arrogance, I would highly recommend Dr Yip.

My daughter was referred to the Dental unit at Q. Mary Hospital for extraction of 4 impacted [stupid] Wisdom Teeth.

It wasn't just a "walk-in" service 'cos she delayed the surgery till after her Uni "Finals" - but it only co$t me $120 & came with a bonus of free [recovery] pills & potions.

Of course, after such radical intrusive surgery, her face puffed up & she had minor bruising to her cheeks.

Can recommend totally nice chap, gave thorough explanations, and even suggested surgeon as option. He did upper/lower left side for me few weeks ago. Sorry dont have his card/contact.
Dr Jonathon Liu @ Quality Dental in Princes Bldg Central. He was in turn recommended to me by several local HK colleagues.

I would like to have my teeth examined to know if i need to take my wisdom teeth out.
Does anyone have any update to info published before?
Any more recommendations for good dentists in HK or Macau?
BTW, how much does 4 teeth extraction cost around here, and is it an operation for one time only or several sessions?

Dr. Cheung Loi Ming, Specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital. He is excellent and the would healed up pretty fast and well last time when I had that done. The cost would be around HKD 2,500 up. Depends on the complication of how the tooth grows. If it is an impacted tooth, it would be more complicate to take out and more time would be spent and the cost would be more since more materials would be used. Call 2835 8080 for more details!
