TCM doctor for acupuncture/massage in Beijing

I got severe shoulder problems and I always had good results with TCM. I would like to find a good CHinese doctor, eager to cure me rapidly. I do not need an "international" environment, my experience was always the best when I was lucky to meet a doctor doing it the Chinese way.

TCM is traditional Chinese Medicin,
acupuncture, massage - and also Chinese herbs (the latter are quite often difficult to swallow for Westerners)
