Housing/Compound

We just moved to Beijing and in the process of house hunting. We've looked at several compounds but are not sure which are good. We like a house in Cathay View and Yosemite but have no idea how living in these compound are like. We are looking for children friendly compound.

Any suggestion will be helpful!

Yosemite is not very children friendly and the clubhouse is not very well run but great if your kids go to ISB

riviera is better than Yosemite, but it depends which school your kids will enter. ISB or WAB or others.
