Housing near Chaoyang park

We are moving to BJ in the spring and would like to know about good apartment around Chaoyang Park.
We need an apartment with balcony, good gym, international TV and walking distance from some western restaurant and store.
Any advice would be appreciated.
We have been told that Palm Spring and Park part are great but it is close to shops and restaurants?

I stay in Palm Spring. If u want walking distant to western restaurant or shop, maybe consider the park apartment??

Dear Lot-lot
we do not need a Nanny but we would need an Ayi in the next few month (you would need to be able to take care of our dog)
Would you have references?
