Fishing in Beijing

Hello everybody,

I am a brit who moved to Beijing two months ago and I am also an avid fisherman. I have not been able to find much infortmation on fishing in Beijing. Can anyone provide any information as to whether there are any organised trips and the legal situation (Do I need a fishing licence in China?) and if there are any shops here that sell fishing equipment.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
