Just curious, how many paid air tickets do you get per year to visit your home country? Does your company provide car rental and accomodation allowances while on home leave or do you live with relatives?

We have 2 paid air tickets (economy class) home per year and 5 days of accomodation allowence. Not sure if we have car rental allowence...
