Hi, I'm an expat working for Avenue Capital Group for a year. I get omesick easy so I am looking for a place with many other expats, high speed internet, and inclusive rent. My price range goes up to $900USD. If anyone can recommend nice place, please do so. THanks. P.S. I don't have a car so I will need close access to the subway

Speak to your expat friends and contacts. Instead of an agent giving a cold call and solicit business, get a recommendation. All your needs will be addressed. Just make sure you state them clear.

Other things that may not chance upon you is water, electricity and gas bill may be different providers. Meaning, you may need to go to different far away obscure places to pay your bills. Be mindful of that.

Don't forget to get a receipt alot greater than what you are actually paying for. That way, you'll save on tax. Declare as much as you can, save on money to the government.

That goes back to your agent. Usually they know what to do and sort it out nicely for you. Don't bother thinking of DIY home search. Did that for a year and half. In the end, still in the sh*thole service apartment. Act now.

try mahatten garden, located on the west gate of ChaoYang Park. there are a lot expats lives in and 3 bedrooms there will cost from 6000RMB to 7000RMB, depending on the furniture and inside condition. if you need some help, you can call 13901396021 to knows more info.
