whats up in peking

hello everybody!
we are two people from switzerland and we are travelling around in china for 4 weeks. at the 29 of september, we will go back to peking.
because we like rock music, we would like to go to a rock concert in peking. but we didn't find out, if there are some concerts. can you tell us, where we can get the information about?
and, second question: what about soccer matches in peking? thank you for your help!

yeah im trying to figure out the same thing, i lost the number of a chinese guy that wanted to introduce me to the underground rock scene, if anyone knows about it or wants to play that part give me a message

I checked the lasted rock concert for you in peking as below. if you could find someone who can read chinese, that would be perfect. cause tickets could be booked online at http://www.piao.com.cn
well, for underground shows, i would suggest Sanlitun bar street, and Hou Hai bar area where you could find performance every night.

The below dates are: 30 sept; 17 Sept; 24 Sept; 14-16 October.

First go to Sanlitun or Wudakou on fri or saturday afternoon, find a cafe with magazines, pick up a 'thats beijing' look at bars section, find 3 kolegas, rip out the listing, that night show cab driver the characters at bottom.

Go to 3 kolegas, or the 13 club for that matter.
