Moving to Beijing to do a 3 month course in Sep. I cannot find out much about accomodation but need some advice if anyone can give it.

I know it is near the Wudaokou metro station. Can i rent an appartment there (2 Bedrooms) for about 4-5000 a month max in close proximity to campus.

Has anybody studied at BLCU and what are the halls like? I would want a single room but not some sh*t hole of a student room for 3700 a month.
any other tips would be welcomed!

Hey MIC,

I wish I had more answers - I'm coming to BLCU as well, in a few weeks. But they're putting me up on campus (part of the scholarship I managed to acquire).

I agree that the school's website leaves much to be desired in terms of providing useful information. I look forward to seeing what kind of response you get to this posting.

Hi, I have found them to be very unhelpful and rude on the phone. I only hope the course proves to be better.
I have sorted out a house off campus but that is pretty much as far as i have got. Not to worry, it should all fall into place when i get there!
