Rent apartment in beijing south west xuanwu

Hello,
we are looking for an apartment for rent in xuanwu district, near nanlishi lu subway station. We need one bedroom, a living room, bathroom, TV, phone, ADSL, and furnitured. It would be for 3 months and it is very urgent.
