There are two hospitals had officially opened their IVF department, they are
Beijing Woman Hospital

Peking University Third Hospital IVF Center

in fact, my inlaw tried 4 times in US and here, but still on here way to be a mother. I knew a doctor who is working in the second IVF center I mentioned, she was a student in that university and gave my inlaw lot of suggestions. The price is much cheaper in china, it was less than $2000 for a circle, but I don't know how much for now. But the tech is not the newest. You can check out some IVF bbs to ask them about experiences.
