Like to find out on the mobile services avaiilable in Beijing. Which is the most popular service provider?

Moving to Beijing soon, and thinking of getting new mobile phone there. Is it advisable? Do the mobile services provider in Beijing offer packages which include phone?

Of course ,you should choose beijing mobile phone number.however, the connection fee is horrible. perhaps It's much higher than other countries in the world.
