paying u.s. credit cards

hello I'm wondering how can I set up a chinese bank account to pay for some credit card debts I have from the u.s.

Is it possible? I'm making a salary in China but I want to use a bank account to link to my american credit card so I can convert the RMB I earn to pay for the debts i have in USD.

Try a foreign bank such as HSBC.
Stage one salary paid into bank in RMB
Stage Two convert RMB to USD
Stage Three (assuming debt is constant) have a standing pay order to your credit card company.

Problem there is a daily limit to the amount you can convert and to the amount you can transfer out.
