electric frying pan and pipe tobacco

We are going to Beijing and want to spend our time sightseeing with a little time shopping. Instead of going to many different stores, we are hoping someone can direct us to the appropriate store.

We would like to buy the kind of electric frying pan we have in Canada and the US. The pan itself is about 18 - 24 inches long, 12 inches wide and about 2 - 3 inches deep. Also, the pipe tobacco brand really doesn't matter as long as it is good.
