"I will be flying from USA to BJ for medical care and will need to fly to Melbourne Australia for another round of followup. The experiemental medical procedure is prohibitively high in USA.

Can someone introduce me to some reliable travel agentS who can speak/email in English ?

My medical condition is dire."

Great English with regards to tourism and with regards to medical issues are two different things. However, if your friend is planning to go to the foreigner wing of PUMCH, most if all of the doctors there practice their English regularly, and seem to at least know the medical terminology in English.
