We are considering purchasing the rights to use a crown lease house and it's properties. Has anyone here had experience with these type properties and purchasing their use rights and its legal matters.

This is a normal buy / sell in Hong Kong,,,,,,all of us have crown leases NOT free hold property...

Hi associates I know that St John's Cathedral in Hong Kong is the only free hold property, but the house I mean was built on a crown land permit that used to various structures on the permit area.
