Living Near Soho

Hi! I will be moving to Beijing next October for - at least - 3 months. I will be working in one of the New Towers in Soho, close to the WTC.

I am looking for a bedroom to rent in the proximity of Soho ( 10-20 min. with bus/metro/taxi), possibly close to a big mall / commercial center.

Any suggestions? Also, what kind of price am I looking at?
