Moving from BJ to SH

I'm moving from Beijing to Shanghai and will be paying for the move myself. Can anyone recommend a good removal company?

I can pack the items myself, so don't need to pay a premium for services from Crown/Santa Fe/Asian Tigers and the likes.

I don't mind going for a local or foreign company, as long as they are reliable and don't charge through the roof.
